At DealPulse, we prioritize delivering top-tier home seller leads to our valued lead partners. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to quality and fairness in every transaction. We endeavor to process refunds swiftly, typically within 1-7 business days, contingent upon the nature of the refund request. This timeframe accounts for our diligent follow-up process, including reaching out to sellers for cases such as No Response, Invalid Contact, Spam/Fake, Not Selling Home, and Didn't Submit Form refund requests.

As a partner with DealPulse, you have a 7-day window from the moment you receive a lead to request a refund. To initiate a refund request, simply log in to the partner portal, locate the lead ID requiring refund, and click on "request refund."

To expedite the refund verification process, please furnish as much detail as possible with your request. Upon approval, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account balance, accessible by logging into your account and checking the header section.

Please note that leads seeking to sell their property for a cash offer within 6 months are not eligible for a refund. We diligently follow up on every lead submitted for refund, ensuring fairness and accuracy in our processes.

Furthermore, we incentivize lead buyers who actively engage with their leads and take ownership of their interactions, rather than solely relying on refunds. We encourage you to review the specifics of our Refund Excellence Policy and its impact on your lead flow.

Refunds Can Be Granted For the Following Reasons:

  1. Outside Area: The lead falls outside your designated bidding area. Please provide supporting evidence, such as links to property listings or other documentation, with your refund request.
  2. Spam/Fake Lead: The lead is evidently fake or spam. Please provide evidence demonstrating the invalidity of the lead, such as non-existent property addresses or individuals, in your refund request.

Additionally, please note that initial deposits into accounts are only refundable after 30 days have passed and the customer has not received any leads yet. Furthermore, it's important to acknowledge that it could take several weeks for accounts to ramp up and start receiving leads consistently.

Should a refund be denied and you wish to appeal, please email support@getdealpulse.com, including the lead ID and a concise summary of your case.
